Sleeping is essential for your health. Many people have difficulties at the time of doing this activity, and they have trouble. Some sleep a lot, and others sleep little. We are talking about two extremes, which we call: sleeping like a log and insomnia.
For start, I am going to explain these words. When we say sleeping like a log is a person who sleeps without waking up during all the sleep. There could be an earthquake or a music band playing and they would be still sleeping. How amazing!
And following, when we talk about insomnia is a person who can't sleep many hours. They see all clock's hours at night due to anxiety or other facts that disturb sleep. This problem can be solved with medicines.
In conclusion, as I can see it, I don't sleep as I like. The majority of the days I sleep less than 8 hours, and sometimes when I go to bed earlier, I can't sleep. But I want to solve it.
