Will it rain?

Spain is suffering one of these droughts in the last two years. This lack of water makes Spanish farmers spend big quantities of money on animal feed,water for their fiels...The news have reported that this is the worst year of the recent times. We need more rains un big quantities that don't cause big problems for the harvest.
